Foundation® 10 – Performance Upholstery Fabric

Foundation® 10 is a durable woven upholstery fabric engineered for demanding commercial interiors while maintaining a clean, versatile appearance. Its tight weave and broad color palette make it a dependable option for seating, panels, and other multi-use interior applications.

Constructed from 100% recycled polyester (65% pre-consumer and 35% post-consumer), Foundation® 10 combines sustainability with exceptional durability. The fabric passes 1,000,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek), providing extreme abrasion resistance suitable for heavy-traffic environments such as healthcare, behavioral health, senior living, education, and hospitality spaces.

A stain-repellent finish helps maintain a clean appearance, while the fabric is GREENGUARD Gold Certified and free of added flame-retardant or antimicrobial additives, supporting healthier indoor environments. It is also backed by a 10-year limited performance warranty when used for seating applications.
