Lancaster is a durable upholstery fabric featuring two-tone twisted yarns that create a contemporary, basket-like texture with a rich, chunky hand. Engineered for performance, Lancaster is constructed from 97% solution-dyed olefin and 3% solution-dyed polyester, delivering excellent durability, color retention, and resistance to wear. The fabric exceeds 50,000 double rubs, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic spaces such as healthcare, behavioral health environments, education settings, hospitality, and other commercial interiors.

An inherently cleanable finish and bleach-cleanable capability make Lancaster practical for environments where easy maintenance is essential. The fabric is GREENGUARD Gold certified and PFAS-free, supporting healthier indoor environments while maintaining contract-grade performance standards.
