The material exceeds 250,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek), making it well suited for heavy-use seating in healthcare, behavioral health, senior living, hospitality, and other contract settings.

Ranchero is GREENGUARD Certified for low emissions, helping support healthier indoor environments. It also meets multiple flammability standards, including CAL TB 117-2013 and NFPA 260/UFAC Class 1, and is designed for easy maintenance with water-based cleaning solutions.
