Havana is a durable woven upholstery fabric designed for high-traffic commercial interiors while maintaining a clean, versatile appearance. Its rich texture and broad color palette make it a dependable choice for seating and interior applications where both performance and style are important.

Constructed from 70% polypropylene and 30% polyester with a latex backing, Havana is engineered for demanding environments. The fabric exceeds 100,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek), offering strong abrasion resistance suitable for healthcare, behavioral health, senior living, hospitality, and other contract spaces.

Havana features an inherently cleanable finish and is bleach cleanable, making maintenance simple in environments where hygiene and durability are essential. The fabric is also GREENGUARD Gold Certified, PFAS-free, and free of added flame-retardant or antimicrobial additives, supporting healthier indoor environments.
